From suboptimal metrics to our tier-1 published project: the evolution of a hyper-casual runner game
One day, developers came to us with a ready prototype of a hyper-casual runner. The metrics were borderline, so we simply aimed to make the project profitable and switch to the development of a new one.
Fast forward six months, and the reimagined Jelly Run 2048 was not just a part of Azur Games’ tier-1 hyper-casual projects but also boasted 22+ million installs and continues to scale.
