We’re investing in a mobile app publisher and developer
Azur Games will acquire 15% of Skyrocket — a mobile app publisher that releases projects under their developer brand Neosus — for $2,200,000. This investment is part of our new initiative on app publishing, and we plan to expand in this direction even further.
Neosus has a lot of experience in development, and we have extensive expertise in marketing, so we believe that we can grow faster than ever, create great projects, and provide better user experience together.
“We’re interested in the mobile app market and we want to develop new projects with people who already have a background in this field”, said Dmitry Yaminsky, co-founder of Azur Games.
We’re also open to new proposals, as this fits well into our portfolio diversification strategy.
You can learn more about Neosus products on their website — invoice and call recording apps, eSim management tool and others with over 20 million downloads in total.
Azur Games is one of the top 10 mobile game publishers by downloads with a total of 2 billion downloads. As part of their portfolio diversification initiative, the company is investing into the IT sector on par with the gaming industry.
